Supporting Memberthat was all the cutting it took surprisingly!!! have to clean up the edges and trim just a hair more underneath for throttle cable bracket on the driver side, but forward progress!
after this, remove old gaskets and clean up heads, then final fit intake so that portion is done. it won't be bolted down totally as I have to figure out if I'm switching to LS3 short injectors or having standoffs added to manifold for edelbrock rails/normal injectors. also have a decision to make about power brakes or not

if i didn't have the flu it would be on already. hoping to bolt it down this weekend. taking my time with it.
I need to make a decision on drilling the intake for brake booster or growing a pair and converting to manual master cylinder. spoke to midwrst chassis and their master will work with stock brakes for now. That fan jet nozzle and the NOS solenoid could be as much as 30 years old..... could have been part of the original NOS EO-5176 125 HP dry kit I put on the car in early 1995. Also the source of the Bosch inline fuel pump.
