same as last year on motor 7000-7200ish. the cam is the same as last year. only changes were the single plane and 0411 24x.

I may spin it higher when I spray it. this was literally it's first outing and was just for data and to make sure everything works as it should. I just hope the small gains on motor translate to the same gains on the sauce. 9.65-9.70 on same jets at 137-139 id be happy.

Thats about where I thought you were shifting. Fred's chassis setup does really well with you behind the wheel.
In your videos it always launches perfect and goes straight.

New valve setup and nitrous system all back installed and tested. I was gonna go to the track today, but with how rich it got on the 2 quick 125hp hits I did last night, i want to change the jets around and get the afr closer to 12 than it currently is (went to 9.87 lol)

figured I'd just edit this post. talked to original intake owner and he said go right to 200 jets quit dicking around. so I did today quick. 78n 55f (jet chart wanted a 58f) and the afr was 11.2-11.3) so that went the right direction. from there I was advised to add nitrous jet. gonna change from a 78n to a 82n and see how the plugs look at the track

this intake and now system definitely acts different than before

For some reason I can't sign in to this site from my iPad (won't accept my password), so I have to wait until I'm on my laptop.

Valve works for me. At first glance I thought it might intrude on the passenger foot space, but then I realized it's against the console.

I still have a remote solenoid style bottle valve, if you wanted to keep the nitrous out of the line (and out of the cockpit) until the last minute. Looks like the "open/close" switch is still in the little control box.

I'm much happier with it this way, trying to take any restrictions out of the system and have more specific control of the n2o against the solenoid, as that's what kills solenoid seats/pistons.

now kat throws a bottle in the hatch and opens the tank in the lanes. then I do my burnout and after open the manual valve purge and party time!

just got my bottles filled. my nitrous guy still cracks up the one bottle has an og date code of 1998

Did you ever get a NJ "Permit to Handle Nitrous Oxide" ?

The State treats if as a "controlled dangerous substance", and requires the permit to buy and/or possess N2O. Used to be ~$25 and good for 2 years. Had to have a copy for each vendor you used, with the vendor's name on it. Was interesting that there is a check box on the application for "Race Car/Vehicle". I got the permit and kept it current, because back in the day, NJ State Police would show up at Englishtown, and wander through the pits looking for various violations.

I didn't want to give someone an excuse to take away my Professional Engineer license.
