Wow, I had a house fire in 2008, the only thing we couldn't replace was our 2 house dogs and all pictures. That was bad but I couldn't imagine loosing your mom and brother..... very sorry for your loss
If you still have the car I dont know but the bottom end of your stock motor might be ok?
