Where is the bolt to adjust the Steering Rack Preload?
Maybe i'm just having a blonde moment, but in an effort to tighten up my steering I found a tutorial at http://shbox.com/1/4th_gen_tech2.html#rack_preload that mentions you need to tighten a nut down, bring it back, and torque it to 55ftlbs. There is even a diagram that is supposed to show where it's at.
However, I can't find the thing? The diagram doesn't really make sense to me, maybe i'm looking at it wrong. Is it the little nut in the back that you can't see in this picture? If so, how the heck do I get to it, especially to torque it? there's no room back there.
Someone take this picture and point and arrow where I'm supposed to be looking at.

Let's see if I get this yet. The big ring on the outside with the 6 lips is actually a nut? I guess that's where I was confused. I don't think I have a wrench that big.

Yep that's going to have to be the plan. Learn something new every day, I didn't even know you could adjust the things.
