Default Fuel Relocation Third Line Question

I'm doing a braided speed Inc fuel relocation through fender & I'm just curious about the third line that was wrapped in with fuel lines , Does this line also need to be ran through the fender well ? I believe it's evap? Or do you just plug it from under the car ?

If you're deleting EVAP, but keeping the canister in place and connected, just plug the end of the metal pipe that the nyylon EVAP line connects to behind the rocker panel.

I kept EVAP on mine. I drilled a smaller third hole, used the stock plastic line, and just used some fuel line hose to extend it behind the intake to the purge solenoid.

I deleted evap and put a spectre breather filter on the line by the rear axle. Car never smelled like gas
