Default Tune issue after cam install

Over this past winter I did a cam swap in my LT1 and ever since then the tune has been for crap. I've had a local shop try and tune it with no luck and then had PCM4less tune it. Since they tuned it the car has a high idle (about 1,100 RPM) and when shifting (6-Speed) the RPM's either climb or hover before they start to fall. I have checked for vacuum leaks and have found nothing. PCM4less told me to drill a 1/8inch hole in the throttle body flapper so the car can still suck air when the flapper is closed because of the higher lift cam. This just doesn't seem right to me. I think the tune is still the main problem. Do you guys have any ideas?

Keith or Kevin @ pcm4 less is horrible.

Bryan Herter was the one that knew his stuff when he handled the mail order.
