Possible intake leaking

Hi fellow LTX enthusiast. I'm having a coolant leak that I can not detect were it's coming from. When I park the car I find coolant on the floor of my garage up in the front of the engine on the drivers side.

Can the leak be possible coming from the intake?

Nope. No coolant goes through the intake manifold on the LT1/4 motors.

Thank you @Fastbird and @Dan for your response. It will make it easier to fight with the shop that did the opti replacement and had a coolant leak every since.

This really sucks to by injured and not able to work on the car myself.

There are more variables to consider.

A coolant system pressure tester should help find the leak pretty easily.

Yep. If you have a harbor freight nearby just grab one there and put the cooling system under about 15lbs of pressure. You'll find that leak quickly. Could be something as simple as a hose needing adjusted/tightened.

Thank you guys for all the advice. I found that the water pump gaskets are leaking again.

It's normally not required (I've done dry installs many many times) but a VERY THIN coating of RTV on the gaskets will help them to seal.
