Funny you should say that, it's the "pussy" property of a fmj pistol round that would allow it to pass more easily. .223 frags because of its velocity and shape.

I don't doubt it could happen, I just wanted to know what round was used.

It was speer gold dot +p 9mm 124 grain from what I've read the news retracted their statement as it did what I said it did. Round entered went thru perpetrator and stopped in back of coat, which means it did its job. 223 is actually better in home defense situations because after initial pass thru it tumbles.

Pussy round? Learn ballistics, read real tests. 9/40/45 modern loads all perform the same. There is no such thing as knock down power with most normal loads. Probably think Ranger sxt is a good round.
