As far as your pump get a 400 lph walbro. They were designed for e85 and its high volume it needs.
The 60 lb Siemens that i posted are great if you are running a wet shot. You haven't specified if your going dry or wet?
Stock lines will feed it on motor. Id highly suggest if you plan on running stock lines to change your filter out a few times as the ethanol will flush those lines and tank.
Get an adjustable regulator.

The heads are AFR 210's ported by LE. It's a nitrous outlet plate kit. Which regulator? Yes it's the oem PCM, but I'm probably going to swap it out for a 24x at some point.

Gonna run the lines in parallel or just like the factory set up?

Honestly I haven't thought about it yet. Do I need to replace all of he factory lines to run e85? If I do I will run them whatever way produces the best results. I don't want this motor blowing up any time soon.
