I never knew you couldn't carry HP rounds in NJ, It's pretty whack that even as a LEO you can't. Do you know if officers in NJ use them themselves?

Yes they do in most pds. There are a few states that will still enforce ammo restrictions

Don't hold me to it, but LEO in NJ can carry HP ammo. Only civilians cannot, but again, mere civilians can't carry anyway so its moot.
Unless you have a HP bullet as a necklace, or similar. Thats bad ju juCorrelation does not imply causation.
