Best mail order 24x conversion tune.

Who is the best at mail order 24x conversion tunes? I know it's not ideal but I would really like finish my build and be able to actually drive my car again. I cant seem to find a competent lt1 tuner in the houston area. The tuner that has my car has never tuned a 24x lt1 and I'm really just tired of dealing with it. I spoke with Pcmforless but I've already read bad reviews and he also tried to talk me into drilling my tb blades. So I'm not going with them. Does anyone have any suggestions? Does Moe do mail order 24x tunes?

I'm not 100% positive that he dose I know when I bought my Jet spectrum tuner software. It's capable of tuning 0411 pcm. I have ruined my pcm so I'm reading a lot more before I attempted to modify my cars tune again. Good luck on finding a tuner.
