4150 TB and moving airfilter away from cowl
Hey guys. I am installing a 4150 Tb and I really would like to move the air cleaner away from the cowl an inch or so. I bought an aluminum 2" riser and a 1" riser and was going to see if someone locally could weld them up on a offset. No luck so far. So has anyone done this or have any ideas? I was thinking maybe an air box of sorts and I could move it more than the 1.5 inches but I dont want to hurt air flow.

Cut cowling, and get a cowl hood. Best bet.
Otherwise, sell the 4150, get a nice elbow and run a 90/100mm LS1 TB.Correlation does not imply causation.
