Default SMJ Manufacturing Manual LT1 F-Body

Who here had a better more readable manual in installing the SMJ Manufacturing ABS delete kit for the LT1 F-body. The one they gave me... Well I'm going to need the old man glasses to read this thing.

I've installed multiple kits and honestly I won't buy another one, two out of three cars ended up getting steel braided lines and my one buddy that just did his only used the two lines leaving the master and the line lock and bias cause it was such a pain.

Next line lock I buy will be one from Fastbird, his kits lol very well thought out and ten times easier to install.

I think we kept the instructions when we put the kit on the camaro, ill check when i get home but good luck with the install. The flaring tool they send is pure crap. To be honest, the only reason we went with that kit was because it was marketed as complete with everything you need. But I'm with him^ , next kit will be fastbirds and I'll special order the other fittings needed (unless sean starts selling a "delete kit" *nudge* *nudge*)

Yeah Im not going to line lock this thing yet. I just got tired of bleeding the system and never getting close to what it was. I only drive the car if Im lucky, 3 months out of the whole year.

Were has everyone cut their brake lines at? I'm just trying to get a general idea where I should cut mine. Pictures would help too.

Tough to tell but I had to bend my lines some to move the line lock solenoid due to mt coil being there. And I had 4 channel rears, idk what you have so hopefully this helps. I haven't had any problems with the sjm kit. I rented a flare tool from autozone or wherever. If I would have been part of ltxtech when I bought it I would have supported fastbird though, just to clear that up. Lol

    Thanks for the pictures
I am just doing the abs delete. Idk if the line lock is in the near future or not. I just want to get the brakes going so I can sell it. Need a down payment for a house.

If you have a parts list of what you did for the brake lines - fittings and lines from wherever you purchased it from I would be eternally grateful as I'm trying to replicate the same... Please PM me or email directly at burntclutchs@yahoo.com if you do and thanks a lot.
