6AN braided Line to Fuel Line tubing. Nasty leak...
Making some progress on the fuel pump thing... energized the 12v prime wire and the pump came right up.
But underneath, where the braided hose connects to the tubing, the return line fit on very loose and now leaks like a siv (i know its spelled wrong) ... the bevel on that line seems shallow and the 6An fitting just slid on. Anyone know the best way to handle this?96 Z LTx. 396 Forged Eagle BE, AFR195s, CR 12.5:1 Comp Ultra-Pro Mag1.6 RRs, Lt-4 Intake, 42lb FI, 58mm TB, Comp 292XFI Cam, Kook LTs, PerformaBuilt Lvl-3, SS 3600, 4" DS, Spooled Strange D-60 w/5.13s, BMR K-mem & A-arms, Hotchkis out back, Mazeire, MSD Digi-6 , Nano-N2O, 75 shot: 7.28 @ 95.7 1.6 60' - New Build: NA-SF 7.4 1.6 60' 93 Mph

Do you have a pic of it? Does it seem like the leak is coming from the an fitting?

I am pretty sure it's spilling out of the joint between the AN and the tube. I don't have anyone in the shop to spot it while I apply power, but there's no sign that it's leaking from the AN/ hose side

Here's a link to a picture I loaded from the phone to the LTx section on the other site. I can't see how to download with the phone on this app.

Not trying to be dumb... But what adapter? The plastic grommet that seems to lock... Or is there an o-ring in the AN fitting itself?
How would one rip it?Last edited by OVA1; 10-10-2015 at 02:24 PM.
