How to remove the passenger side door w/wiring and door panel attached?
I was wondering how do I go about removing the passenger side door, with the inner door panel, and wiring still attached? I know if bolts-in at the hinge, but where is the bulk-head for the large wiring harness that goes into the door? I have a 94'z , that is listed in my sig.

TTT, anybody able to help with this? My passenger outside door skin is starting to come off. The factory adhesive let go, so I need to fix it ASAP. I dont know if Id be better off and removed the whole door from the vehicle? Or just remove the skin, clean up the door frame and "glue" a new skin on it, the prime/paint it..

My red Z28 passenger door skin was separating when I bought it from another member. I went to the auto parts store and bought a 2 part adhesive in a dual syringe & repaired it. I don't recall the name of the product but it is still holding with no problems. I didn't remove the door or disassemble the interior panel.

How long did you let the epoxy cure?

You can't get the entire door off with the wiring. You have to pull the door panel and meticulously unhook everything, then fish it out. It's a PITA, but doable yourself.
