    I think you will be fine. My car is a lowered 96 using coil overs at all four corners. The car is not slammed, but I do have an aggressive drop.

    will it need a canton oil pickup/dipstick? I know on fords they usually do

    I did not buy a dipstick. I always had heard the stock will work. I never been told that I would need a oil pump pickup. As far as I know you can use the stock.
