Guideplates
I know this has been beat to death. However i bought a set of Erson guideplates and they arent even close to lining up the rocker arms. I know a lot use trick flow #30400623-8. I found these Iskys that a lot of others are using, are these it?

any input? are the isky's $20 better and worth the extra hassle welding?
