    @Sahara54 he ended up figuring it out. Don't remember exactly how. But it has a miss from when I quickly slapped the wires back on so it could get towed and feels and I found crossed wires and changed them but it's running pretty ruff still so I have to figure that out tomorrow. But damn is that t56 fun. And for some reason the oil gauge is bo longer working. It keeps going all the way down then up. And when it goes down the check gauges light comes on

    Connecting the orange and black for the hatch release is the wrong way to do it. Your hatch will now open while the car is moving. The correct way is to splice the orange wire into the tan (or dk green, I forget) wire going to the E-brake lever switch. That way, the hatch will only open with the E-brake pulled.
