Felt like crap today. Went to the gym on no food and took some C4, hoping for some energy. Was shaking real bad. One of those days where everything felt heavy. Oh well. Was hoping to bang out 10 reps of 275. Only got 275x6. Weighed 202 on the nose. Video to follow. It sucks because I felt awesome all week and was looking forward to finally blowing past 275 and into repping 315.

No food and PW? Shitty combo in my experience, just makes me jittery and weak.

275x6 (bench I assume?) is no joke, especially at 202bw

Honestly I thought I was only going to get 2 reps, lol. The camera was on, and I didn't want to puss out though. Usually I eat an hour before the gym. Nothing major just a simple meal, then a PW about 15-20 minutes prior. I hadn't eaten for about 4 hours prior today. I don't feel good and we have a big fishing charter to go on tomorrow. The day is pretty much spent.

Don't understand why you could get 6 there but barely 11 at 225. Sandbagging there, baldster? How many ball caps you own anyway? jajajajajajajajajjajaa

    LOL!

I'm not sure what's funnier...................You trying to troll me in a fitness thread when you look like a fucking meatball and you can't move ANY weight, or you trying to troll me in a car thread when your busted car lies in pieces and won't see the road until 2016?

Go take another selfie, schmo, and watch some youtube videos to make yourself feel better.

Still waiting for that video of 225 for 1 rep, schmo.

Thanks popo! It's taking longer than expected to get back into it though. I'll be happy when I'm repping 315 for 4-5 and my bodyweight around 210. That's my short term goals for now.
