I am staring at two centerline boxes in the back of my wife's suburban. she didn't not send them out. that is why I do not have a tracking number for the wheels. I sent her to send out 2 wheels and an intake system and apparently she assumed it was just he intake since was in the back seat of her suburban. I am terribly sorry for this. Seller, Paypal doesn't allow a claim to be reopened once it's closed. I was very patient & understanding with you after all the reasons you gave. I feel I wouldn't have received the rims if PayPal wasn't involved. You said the rims & tires were boxed up and/or shipped on multiple occasions but they were not. With that I'm going to leave the claim open until I receive the tires.

PayPal removed the funds from my account and that left me overdrawn till me paycheck get here. So I will try to get the tires out soon. Also the deal was for when shipping went down. It never has. By out deal you were just going to buy the time then. Now I am shipping the tiers at my expense.

upon agreement with mr. ##### tires were to be shipped with rims if shipping went down. if shipping did not go down mr. ##### was only going to buy the rims. which he received and I supplied the tracking number to. as shipping still has not gone down in price i have not sent the tires out as per our agreement. still over 100 dollars to ship the tires due to weight and size. me and mr. ##### never discussed the matter past that point as i assumed case closed as he received the rims. the tires i would then send at my convience due to me paying the shipping.

I work for ups and let me say that the prices never go down only up and the cheapest way to ship them is to put them in a box other wise there is an additional handling charge if they will not fit in a box tape them together with a shit load of tape and make them 1 pkg I shipped 4 ss 10 spoke wheels and tires last year from FL to CA for about 225 250 don't remember the exact price it was 2 boxes 2 wheels and tires per box
