Anyone know anything about these. I did not even know this was a package on the fbodies. Thought it was a Vette Specific thing.

Yep, Callaway did a few of those back in the early/mid 1990s. Was one of the first real turn-key stroker packages for these cars. I've seen one on the dyno, I think it did 380-ish.
John Lingenfelter got into the game shortly after with his turn-key 440hp 383 packages that were pretty well known. I knew a couple of well-heeled folks that had the Lingenfelter motors in f-bodies and Corvettes, they were considered among the fastest things on the street back then.
IIRC, both the Lingenfelter and Callaway 383 packages were 49 or 50 state legal and offered with a 36k mile limited warranty on the motor.
I'd say that either package would be easily capable of producing 50-60 more horsepower if someone ditched the emissions equipment, put a more aggressive (non-emissions) cam in and re-tuned it.Cayenne Red Metallic 1997 Z28 M6
