They will bolt up just fine on the exhaust port side the difference is 96 97 cars were dual cat so the driver side flange is different. So you would have to get the cats as well because it wouldn't work with your factory y pipe.

The y-pipe you have.Can I use it on with them headers on my 94 Z28?

Yes what i have connects straight to the headers and will run u from the headers to your catback. U would just go from a single catalytic converter to 2 cats. U could always have the cats gutted i guess
