My friend had a 100mm or something along that size and had some issues with tip in off idle, it was a big on/off switch basically. Not sure if that was all in the tune or not but it was a bit of a pain to drive normally.

On the ebay ls tb I had, I had to install an oring on the throttle shaft seal because it leaked boost/vacuum, enlarge the iac port, and had to burr bit the holes for the tps sensor. But for the money, still a decent piece. They have some that have a ridge milled around the first 5% or so of throttle blade opening to allow a little less air in at part throttle. I know it wrecked havoc on part throttle tuning for me but again, if used as an on off switch, no big deal.
