Run it stock style to intake?

Just remember not to install the air supply line (blue elbow) in a pressurized location. Put it on the suction side of the blower, or you will pressure the Opti case. No check valves in the air supply line from the intake elbow to the Opti.

On a boosted setup you need to pull fresh air from the intake side of the turbo (after the filter, before entering turbo). Since your turbo is in the back of the car you'll either have to run a supply line all the way back there and put the check valve on the return line between the intake vacuum port and opti cap or you can put the fresh air supply in the charge piping (before the maf) with a check valve between it and the opti with a small breather/filter on the other line off the Opti cap. This way when youre not in boost (probably 90% of the time) it will draw air into your breather/filter, through the cap, and into the engine. Under boost the check valve prevents air from entering the cap. If you put a breather/filter on one end, mount it away from where water could get to it obviously.
