scoop mod
so i was bored at work decided to mod my fake hood scoops check them out tell me what you think!

I had mine cut out on my 94 z. Take out the cowl/hood weather strip and it will help cooling in the summer

Keep an eye on water infiltration. I ran without the cowl weather strip and the water ran in right over the PCM.

Nice improvement! A bunch of years ago I had a 1982 Camaro. Chopped up a Z28 hood and connected the "scoop cover" to a vacuum valve to make them open and close. Found a pic of them in the open position, closed they looked stock...

well drove it in the rain and not much ater at all came in and it was raining pretty hard, i am so happy now and sitting at a red light you can see heat exscaping from them.

Looks good. That makes your car stand out I bet. Would be nice to see a picture of the front end of your ride to see how it changed the look. Your craftsmanship looks great. Thanks for sharing.
