    Default We're can I buy a OBD2 cable.

    I have been looking to purchase a OBD2 cable to work with tuner pro. That is a USB to OBD2. If anyone knows were I can buy one I would appreciate the

    At this time, it is not recommended to buy the very cheap Chinese-made ones because lately many will not function for all OBD2 vehicles.

    Beware of the usb connection, maybe they are better now but a few years back I tried around 3 different brands, and none worked correctly, one would start working then quit in the middle of programming and I fried a couple of PCM's

    What connection method do you suggest instead of USB? Surely not Bluetooth. Direct serial port (RS232)? I have no idea who even make those anymore.

    I've had great luck with my moates cable, but it's obd 1 with obd2 style connector.

    No blue tooth, yes I get on Ebay and find old laptops with the serial ports, they are the only one I trust..I have picked up those laptops for as little as $20.00 working, but most of the time you can get them in the $50-$100 range..
