I thought it was fake the first time I saw it, but it's all over facebook and obviously usa today. Now obviously tony has a temper but I doubt he intentionally hit Ward. Probably just trying to get close to scare him but he got too close. We'll see how this plays out for tony...

i dont like him as a driver either, but watching the Vid, it did look like he tried to dodge him. and also not a smart idea for the other driver to get out and start walking down the track, night race, bad lighting, horrible view out of them cars..... Originally Posted by firebird_1995

You can hear Stewart goose the throttle which brought the ass end out that clipped him. If he was trying to dodge him, he would have taken the inside, far away from him. If you look at all of the past "issues" he's had its all about intimidation and aggression. I'm sure he didn't mean to kill him, but he didn't take every precaution not to.

I dont follow racing at all. I still have to say, if the other driver did what he was supposed to do...stayed in his vehicle... this would have all been avoided. Only onle person knows what TS intentions were, and Im pretty sure what he will say no matter what it was, is that it was not to hurt the person (whether truth or not), so I still say...non criminal, and on the other guy for getting out of his car.
