same ignition timing in all 8 cylinders but 2 torched the plugs, i would say it is fuel related.
Ignition timing is obviously the same on all 8 so I would lean more towards fuel related.
If it is a direct port set up that sprays fuel/nitrous in each cylinder? I am not familiar with that sepcific kit.

Thats an under the intake fogger. If anything I would say you might need more fuel pill in the back two.
