You lifting pink dumbbells by any chance?[/QUOTE]
Maybe. .. weights mediocre, usually will keep dropping weight and rep out to a really small weight... seems like I keep doing the same repetitive stuff though, think that's what killing me? I've heard what I do is called high intensity interval training if there's a politically correct term for it... It's worked good no doubt. Just need to just like 2 3 lbs of my lower stomach area and I'll be content.

What tunes do I listen to when gymming, you ask?
Both of these have been responsible for eeking out one or more reps when the brain said to quit:

    Why? Because Arnold fucking Schwarzenegger.

French band you say? Can't understand what they're saying? Who gives a fuck. It works when psyching yourself out on heavy days.

YT is blocked at work, so just assuming its some gay french band singing about painting pretty scenes while eating cheese and sipping fine wine.

My playlist is random as hell, from EDM to DMX, to Hatebreed etc. Melodic deathmetal usually is my go to.

However, nothing beats deadlifting to some Tswift yo.

@SS RRR you should check out a Finnish band named Turmion Kätilöt. Great workout music if you don't care what the lyrics mean.

Not in a gay way... but I read all these monstor workouts being spoken about...and what not... but no one actually posts upnpics of themselves.

Lets be honest... u can move all the weight in the world... but if built like CHRIS FARELLY it does not matter...
