Default Best way to clean powder coated intake?

My brother is going LS so I got his old Lt1 intake. Its already powder coated red but its pretty dirty. Whats the best way to clean it without hurting the powder coat? Pressure washer? I don't really want to scrub everything with a toothbrush. The inside is also dirty. If I take it to a machine shop to clean it will that mess up the coating?

If you're just cleaning it, just soap water and a rag. A powerwasher can lift the powdercoat if there's a crack, then it's no good from there. Powdercoat cleans up VERY easily.
