leaving stock heads bolted on
what is the fastest someone has taken a LT1 with boltons/cam/ nitrous ... i am thinking i can get into the 10's

With nitrous on top of a cam and bolt ons, 10's should be doable.
1995 TA: Converted Nose...381 LT1...4L80E...Moser 12 bolt...Edge TC...

I went 11.2s at 120 with stock cam on 150 shot. Had crappy 1.6 60ft also. You should be able to do it. Good luck and post results.

i know the Bolt on's only record is 11.48 (stock heads, stock cam, no PA)
I also know the PA only record is around 10.89 (stock heads, stock cam)
You add a really good Nitrous or turbo cam and you should be able to get down to 10.50's if not faster if done right."Just another bolt on only LT1 that can kick ur LS1's a$$!"
