Somehow.... the parts for sale on that site that I looked at scream "Made in China"...... but who knows.

While I do have access to other brands of optis, I will ONLY sell ACDelco for use in these cars.
They are made with the original optical sensors and to OEM specs.
If you do your research on the other brands, you will see a huge failure rate with ones from MSD, and elsewhere.

You have to remember, you get what you pay for. Places like this will try to offset their problems by offering, for example, a lifetime warranty.
A very big hurdle I need to jump when trying to convince some people that THAT is not a reason to buy cheap.
NO ONE wants to continue to change optis, or be stranded by the side of the road more than once, just because the one they bought can be replaced forever for free.
Think about it...there must be a reason.

Yes, I have heard bad things about Whites as well as MSD, which is also made in China. Production was moved over there when they filed bankruptcy.

I have done months of hands on research. And, I stand behind the ACDelco optis I sell.

No its not Skip whit.Its just whiteperformance.com they make some great parts thats why I tried there opti.Ive bought parts for years from them.Back here alot of people buy there heads.But they make a awful opti I do know that.They give me my money back on both of them.I have buddy that had the AC delco nonvinted opti he gave me.It waws 2 months old and he wanted a MSD opti.So he give me hes.Its up and running now.My wife drove it down the road and a rad hose busted last night.Thats my luck.Thanks for all the help from everyone!!!!!!!!!

And Fred's Opti is also $70. I really doubt he makes it... they would have to machine the body and injection mold the cap, and have a source for the optical sensor.
