Nitrous Timing
Hey guys, anyone know how much timing should be pulled for a 150 shot? i tune the car myself as well, so what AFR do you all shoot for on spray? Thanks

I run 29 degrees on my 150. And NGK BR7EF plugs. I try to shoot for a richer afr like 11.5.

Okay, well i have the br7ef plugs in the car and the car was on a stock tune and spray, plugs read good on the stock tune, i figured the stock tune was conservative enough on the timing because the plugs showed up good. But since ive changed to a cam car and will be tuning it for most power N/A i will also have to pull some timing from the car on spray. I figured 2 degrees per 50 shot would be a good place to start.

just make sure you are using fresh plugs for each WOT pull to "read"...part throttle use will make the plugs less accurate to even unusable for collecting data
