    That's what I was thinking, just have no idea where to get to that wire and don't want to pull my headliner lol. Hoping someone can clue me in on the easiest spot to get to it.

    If you give me a few days I will pull the car cover off and look to see what wires I tapped. IIRC, I think it was triggered off the dome light. This was definitely not a difficult project. It probably took me longer to actually cut the hole for the light than it did for the install, LOL. You might also want to get a nice LED light for the holder. I have a 3 watt SMD and it is bright.

    Planning to drop in a red 9 LED festoon to match the rest of my interior. :thumbup: I'd definitely appreciate you checking where you tapped in to! Btw are you still in DFW?

    Well, got my trunk lamp in the mail today. Time to start fiddling with this, since I can't find squat for info about this thing anywhere online. Gonna need to find a 2-prong female plug for it that I can use to wire in, too.
