Default Flywheel caused crank to be out of balance??

Hello everyone, I just installed my 2nd clutch into my 95 z28.

The original issue was I was forced to use stripped out flex plate bolts to hold my flywheel on (long story)

And after about 2800 miles the flywheel came off the engine.

    So I re-did everything

Brand new flywheel with brand new flywheel bolts the correct length.

Torqued them to 74 ft ibs and put loctite on all of them.

Loctited the pressure plate bolts as well, installed new throwout and even loctited the clutch fork in.

First 3 days of driving it were fine.

Then today I noticed that with the clutch fully engaged, if you rev the engine higher than around 3k and let off you hear a terrible grinding sound for about 5-10 seconds before it just stops.

If you pull the clutch out while its grinding it immediately stops as well.

This is the exact sound I was hearing when my flywheel bolts were "loose" before the flywheel actually came off.

What it was doing is when I was pushing on the clutch it was pulling the flywheel back just enough to cause the pressure plate to grind against the top of the bellhousing...

WELL HOW THE HELL CAN THIS BE HAPPENING AGAIN WITH THE CORRECT BOLTS TIGHT AS HELL! AND LOCTITED!!!

I am beyond outraged right now considering this is the 3rd time I've pulled my transmission in the last 3 months and all of you know its NO FUN on jackstands.

Sorry for my anger but I assume you guys understand...

Honestly could use any help or advice you all might have.

    Thanks guys
    Anthony

Sounds like the throwout bearing. Maybe it was damaged in the first failure somehow??

I replaced the throwout bearing post first failure lol...

Called my coworker (10 year L1 ASE Master Tech) Had me check my harmonic balancer for warn out crank bearings.

There is 0 play that I can feel.

Is it at all possible my slave cylinder is overextending the clutch fork somehow?

When I put the new clutch in I took like 10 minutes and "hand bled" the slave cylinder.

Compressed the pushrod in and out a bunch of times completely but slowly just to be safe.
