The back will need to be sealed by the bulb holder. Not just the front. With it all sealed, how will you access the adjusters on the factory bucket?

soory for the late response. i been busy at work and didnt get to work on it as much as i wanted too. but here is more pics and you will still use the stock adjuster and stock spring. im thinking on making these in ether 3d printing or plastic forming them. but there are 99.9% done. i got it mounted to the stock headlight cup i just need to make duplicates and than i can start bonding them together. ( thats why its taped so i can get it back apart.)and for the sealing the back i really havnt put to much thought in it ether i will use a rubber grommet. kinda like stock headlight housing or just use a little silicone.
