Mr. Jones is someone who wanted to join a group and i added him ... he was having a hard time in life right now (wife got fired on the 19th). Someone did something nice for his family and i dont know any details on that. but he paid it forward to me. so ... looks like i have some work to do now and i have the time to do it cause i have no job.

well i got the motor today and its in a greasy/rusty looking state and i noticed that the waterpump was missing in action. so i also noticed a little rust on the block in the ports where the water pump flows into the block ... no idea how bad the rust is in block but how bad could it really be ... with rust there is it worth even putting in the car?

I wouldn't worry about rust in the WP holes but like Popo said you might want to pull the heads and have a look. At least the oil pan, valve covers, and spark plugs to get a better idea of the internal condition.
