    I would probably y it at the elbow of those 90's. Just make sure its not in the way of the oil drain or coldside piping where ever your going to put it.

    yeah only reason i dont want to show much is my ugly welds lol.
    my hot side i just took from the passanger side down and around the oil pan similar to how the stock y pipe routed.. then up the driver side.

    i went with 2.5 inch pipe.

    yeah i rigged up some couplers and put a shrader valve into one to pressure test my piping... i had alot of pin holes to fix

    being a studied welder, i can tell you that anything smaller then 4" pipe is hard for anyone because to get it right on your first try because your constantly changing your gun angle. personally I HATE small diameter pipe lol

    are you using tig or mig? i cant tell from the picture

    have to say i agree, i did the 4 inch downpipe and that seemed way easier than doing the 2.5 inch.

    i know alot of my problems at the beginning was not getting the pipe cleaned up enough. i've now learned its easier to take more time the 1st time then going back and fixing all the screw ups lol
