I really do like the c4 alot... I know I really want a c7 after the wedding...but a small piece of me keeps thinking of doing up a C4 ZR1 instead... idk.

I like the C7 also same with C6 ZR1s and 13-14 GT500 Mustangs, but I have a hard time wanting to buy one because I don't want the car payment or tie the cash up in buying one. I wanted a C6 pretty bad and waited a while till I felt getting one was within a reasonable price, low 30s. I remember when I bought it I felt sick the first couple nights because I just spent that much money on a toy. A C4 ZR-1 would be awesome, a really cool car and an awesome story.

I kinda have to agree, as much as I'd love a C7, a C4 ZR-1 LT5 would be the tits! 400 HP in a light ass little C4 body would be a blast!

So last night replaced the fuel pressure regulator on my Trans Am - that was fun... First time I've ever had to pull the fuel rail off. Got it done though and she fired right up, checked for any leaks, all good. This morning it was sprinkling on my way to work and the roads were still slick, got plenty of wheel spin all the way through 2nd and into 3rd so it feels like it's back at full power. I'll have to wait for the rain to go away though to drive with the windows down and see if I finally fixed my gas fumes issue, but looking good so far.

Also found a replacement PCV vent tube for the Vette (the one that goes from the throttle body to the passenger valve cover) online and bought it, since Monika's is crushed shut on the TB end:

Wondering if this might have anything to do with her surge-at-idle when warm issue? If not, oh well, still need to space the coil off the head anyway.

I just figured... I can find one with like no miles on it...in the 20k range.... throw a p1 on it, and low boost....call it a day.

    Turn that 400hp LT5 into a 500hp cruiser.

Hell yeah! That's an awesome idea. I even found an LT5 drivetrain for sale on ebay for $9995 lol.
