Ok, so I got the springs in the mail while I was at work yesterday afternoon. I just got off this morning and got a look at them, and to be honest, I didnt exactly get a warm fuzzy...
The box they came in (not the box they were shipped in but the box with the springs) has no markings, no specs, no brand name, nothing. It was not made to hold springs and they were not secured in any manner. No receipt or anything inside...nothing. They look new, but I have no idea of the specs. Yes I can call them or email them for the specs, but then it is their word...yes they worked with me with no questions asked, but how do I know these are actually what they say? Would you put them on yours? Thoughts? Here are 2 pics.

those look like a larger diameter but the picture might be playing tricks on my eyes. Can you measure the OD of the outer spring?
I would at least have them checked at a machine shop for seat pressure and open pressure to make sure they match up to the specs you provided on the last page.
