    Default HID Fog Light Kit

Does anyone have any insight on Bling Lights HID kits? Thinking about buying this kit to convert my fog lights over to HIDs in a glass housing (easy to keep clean and doesn't yellow with age):

Any reason why I should avoid this kit, and if so, what kit I should go with?

He makes the BLS HID conversion kits, right? I looked on his site and didn't see any fog light conversions.

Yeah, that's why I'm interested in this kit. I still have the stock plastic fog lights and would like to upgrade the whole thing at once, not just the bulb lol.

I was saying maybe he could give you some insight on how to make your own. His fogs are bright as hell

I don't sell fog light housings but I can provide insight to my cars setup. I use Optilux 2500 fogs which have a built in halo. They are a little smaller in diameter compared to the stockers and will require a little bit if creative mounting to the stock brackets. The benefits of these are that Optilux is actually produced by Hella, so the quality is good; they are around $50 for the pair; and have a thick glass lens and aluminum housing. They consider these driving lights but they work very well. I would shy away from using a HID kit in any fog light location as they traditionally produce a ton of glare. It's your call if that is a concern to you. I can post pics of the lights if you like.

@blackbirdws6 Could you, please? I'm looking for a quick and cheaper HID fix before the dark season sets in here, as my night vision isn't the greatest due to the glare from everyone else's lights around me when driving. I was hoping putting HIDs in my fog lights would at least help me see directly in front of my car for now while the headlights light up to the side. This is a temporary "fix" for until after we move into our new place in the coming month or so, then I'll be saving up for your headlight kit to go with it. Do you have a link and/or a write up for the conversion you did?
