    Is it leaning out?

First 3 things I would be checking is fuel pressure, proper plug type and gap, and no plug wires burnt. Tr6 is a no no. I'm not a boost guy but for spray a non projected tip is a must like a b8efs

This will sound counterproductive but you need to know what helped the situation with the 3 things you did. Start going backwards until the problem comes back. Id be interested in knowing whether it was the valve adjustment or ignition upgrade that helped. Try taking the ignition box off. If it doesn't get worse try going back to the other spark plugs. When it gets worse you'll know what you need to address to make it better.
