I deal so much with my local NAPA that they deliver my parts to the house. I also have the owner's cell number and have been told to call him if the store is closed, say on a sunday afternoon, and he will meet me at the store to get what I need. I love my NAPA!

I deliver Gates to all our local Napa stores. I honestly can say I've met the store OWNERS. They're all great people and genuine car guys.
It's nice to deal with the business owner, since they have a vested interest.
The distribution center can lick my nut sack. Those are some grouchy people!! Carquest kicks Napas tail in the way corporate people act. Yes, we have DCs for both here.

I like NAPA, I tend to find they stock better quality parts. I either go to NAPA or Rockauto.
