That's pretty big. Try dropping down to .045 and see if there's any change.

Lol. Trust me we all know that feeling. Start w/ scanning for codes, looking at the log for any inconsistancys. (Don't know how to spell it) also maybe try some good fuel system cleaner. Or bump up your fuel to next level 89 go 91 etc. I had a few misses, chugging issues and both times ended up being fuel related. 2x fuel pump, 2x injectors plugged up. Also you could hook up a fuel pressure gauge and disconnect vacuum to the regulator and check pressure. But reggapping plugs maybe worth a shot.

scanned it for codes yesterday at Auto Zone and the only code that came up was "secondary air system" (or something along those lines). I have removed my smog pump and haven't had that deleted through a tune yet. if im feeling frisky ill just jump into changing the plugs but for right now im gonna do hit and miss stuff. Thank you guys so much for the help, I know enough to get me by but you all definitely help me learn more!

If you have changed your plugs and wires already, I would just go ahead and change the opti. It's not as bad now that you have taken out the smog junk.
