Scorpions are a decent lower priced roller rocker. I have 1.6 Comp Pro Mags on mine but I cant give a real review as my engine is still on the damn stand.
I'm using stock 7.200 pushrods with the 503 and have a centered wipe pattern.
I heard the Howards 98215 and the Alex's springs are decent for the price.

I just bought scorpions to replace proforms. Check push rod length.... trust me. I have crane dual springs. They are pretty strong for my cam but was what lpe recommended.
