It won't be a 1le bushing per se, but moog sells good bushings. Check them out. Just search for your model/year and look for 21mm,

Energy Suspension has greaseable in 20.5mm, and a 22mm, and non-greaseable in 21mm:

i was at the local performance shop today we were talking and i showed him the same pics and he said there could have been a standard 1le 21mm and maybe a different 21mm for the autocross package? this a message from the ebay seller let me know what you think

I completely understand your situation.. I purchased all of these items from two different GM dealers over 8 years ago.... I did so much research back then to make sure I had what I wanted. The rear sway bar in question (1LE Rear 21 mm Stabilizer Bar (GM p/n 10021221)) is the piece I got from GM dealer and although the tag or sticker is missing, I was told it is the 21 MM solid bar. Upon receipt, I did note that it is solid so I did not worry any further. At this point I think I should place a note in the auction that the rear bar may be a different part number since you have raised this concern.. If it is not what I was told by the dealer 8+ years ago that is a error I cant fix now.... To make if fair I will take $25.00 off the sales price should you win the auction.. I am very sorry to have the as a problem now. The other parts are correct for sure and are worth the current offering price.

Did you ever figure out what it was from. I have a 1LE 21mm sway bar and it looks very different from that one in the pic.
