That does look good Larry. When it comes in I'll play with it and see how it looks. I think the bolts will look good too. I may even swap the round head bolts for some stainless Allen head capscrews.
Here are some more pics of where I'm at now...Chris

Well I got called out for work, go figure. This time I'll be working night shift for a few weeks. 10 hour days. So there goes my gateway plans. But I'll see if my dad wants to meet you out there and pick it up. If I hadn't already been off for a month I would have turned it down

Oh yea. All I've really got left are some odds and ends. I just recently ripped it apart do to the paint. Worst case scenario, if I get too behind I will take it unpainted. I'm planning on taking it to the car show too so that's why I wanted to address the body
Yea it just figures id get called a month before the shootoutChris

It wasn't what I was going for, but I couldn't pass up the price and the completeness of it....

The shifter is a Hurst dual gate. Should look pretty good in the Monte. One converter is a 3600 stall and I'm not sure what the stall is on the other but it looks to have an anti-balooning plate. I put a deposit on it through PayPal and am going to try to get it by this weekend. After the bodywork is done, it'll go in.Last edited by firebird_1995; 07-30-2013 at 11:34 PM.
