Default 150 shot on stock rebuild

I'm doing a stock rebuild on my lt1 and I'm would like to run a 100-150 shot on it. I already plan on a progressive nitrous controller and a timing retard controller. The machine shop said they zero decked the block and the heads where warped .003 so they shaved them flat. What thickness head gasket do you guys recommend for this?

Lot if people run the impala headgasket. .023 I think. And iv hit my stock bottom end with 150. Just make sure ur tune up is good! IE plug heat range, fuel psi, comp, timing.

I'll make sure I get a good tune on it. But a .023 head gasket sounds like a bad idea with zero deck and shaved heads...
