    Well, on one hand, I'm pissed because I'm still having problems but I was very relieved to see the compression is good. I can't deny I was getting fuel in the oil and the ring gaps were very wrong before but regardless, the backfiring issue is not due to low compression. I'm going to put the dfi on my dads car and see if the problem follows.

    Ok... So ur no blower...but still dfi....and which opti?

    No blower. Stock intake and tb, gm opti. Still running the dfi, which reminds me I need to pm jim.

    I know...... Its just the way i am. Can't help it. Been watching this build. And i have had my fingers crossed waiting to see this thing run. From day one.
