    Default Will a 94 lt1 engine harness and pcm connect to a 93 car

    Any help will be apriciated...just need to know if i can swap it and it correspond with rest of car...

    You may be able to swap the harness, add the necessary parts, and make it work, but the '93 is Speed Density, the '94+ is MAF. I have a '93 parts car, if you are looking for an ECM, let me know, I will sell you mine. If you have a '94 PCM, I'd be willing to trade.

    Im trying to get rid of the 93 pcm ..make a long story short. I t56 swaped it and already have software for 94 pcm.was just trying to avoid getting new cables and tuning software.

    The 94 harness and pcm works in 93.only downfall is cant read pcm throgh diagnostic port

    I have wondered about this too since I do have a complete parts car that is a 97, 97 would probably be a different animal tho from the 94?

    Ya 97 is obd2. 94 is obd1.... More thanks would need to be changed like the timing cover.
